SNOWBIRD HOME CHECKS provides peace of mind ensuring your home is secure while you are away. We do a walk thru once a week being your eyes and ears while you are absent.

Owner and Broker/Realtor agree to the following check list:

  • All water sources outside & inside of home have no issues
  • All windows are shut tight and have no issues
  • All exterior doors are shut tight, locked and have no issues
  • Heat or Central air is set to temperature at the owner's request
  • Water heater has no issues
  • Water inside plants upon request

In the event of any problems or concerns, Broker/Realtor agrees to contact owner immediately.

Broker/Realtor will take a time/date stamped interior picture of something unique to the owner and then text to owner to give proof Broker/Realtor was inside home.
